Frank met me at my car door when I parked my car! Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy! I had a car in mind and he pulled it up quickly. It turned out that this car was THE car that I had wanted! Everyone we worked with was very helpful, thank you to all the people that helped get everything done so we could drive away with a huge smile on my face 😊!!! I'll be back!!!

I had been in earlier in the month with a different problem and had a wonderful experience so I felt comfortable in going back when I had a new issue. I arrived without an appointment and was helped immediately. He listened when I said I thought it was the battery and tested for that without charging me for a diagnostic test. It was the battery and was quickly replaced and I was on my way in about an hour.

I really appreciate Nick’s quick response to my problem and helped get me back on the road with the confidence in knowing my car was safe and ready for travel.
